If it's big enough that uploading via a web interface is difficult, let
me know. The machine it's on has access to resources to process imagery
as well: it seems likely that any city-level data will not cope well
with the standard mechanism described on that page, but I can make sure
that the access you need is available -- if you let me know the details
(on or off list) we can work on getting it in.
