What's the limit in file size for web upload? I may be missing
something from your instructions --or, is there a way to add a WMS or
WMS-C from another server as a data source?

On another thing, as the map is getting crowded now, we should think
about a catalog/metadata system and what license to use. I assume the
same as OSM, Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 2.0? Are the
dataset we already have compliant to it?
