[OAM-talk] OAM, 2 questions

> Two questions: #1 "create an 'Agent' to represent the agency or person who the imagery was taken by" even though our imagery (City of Lompoc, CA) was taken by Cooper Aerial Surveys Co. - because the City purchased it/owns it now - they would be the Agent, correct?
