a novel idea, i don't recall hearing of this kind of proposal before.
i have no suggestions as such, but maybe the free software federation
could help you out? or one of the other 'free' groups - the open
source initiative may help, or groklaw? they might offer advice,
license templates, or have forums just for discussing this sot of
thing?
