Do check out Creative Commons (both the foundation and the mailing lists) -
they are cooking up something called "CC+" ("Creative Commons Plus").
In short: you license something under a CC-nc license, then provide a way for
people to acquire commercial licenses.
Getting paid for re-licensing everything under another license? Certainly can
do.
Anyway, I strongly suggest you to drop by the CC mailing lists.
