This would be incompatible for OpenStreetMap as the CC-by-SA license
allows commercial use. Of course, as the licensor of the data you
would be able to grant special permission for usage of the data by
specific projects, like the Yahoo! OSM agreement.
If you are looking for routes to commercialise aerial imagery,
