[OAM-talk] Completing the OAM PSC election process

I think if people are too preoccupied with being on an official committee or
having this title and that nothing will ever get done. If people have good
ideas we should use them. The purpose of people in charge is to generate
progress; not to generate all the ideas.. Little of the discussion on this
list over the past few days seems to have been very productive IMO.
