I would like to put forward the following proposal to bootstrap a Project Steering Committee (many of these ideas are not my own and were culled from the conversations last week). I am looking for the traditional +1,0,-1 to this proposal. Amendments are welcome but wholly different ideas should be given on a separate thread. Do not give a -1 unless you are ready to create an alternate proposal.
