[OAM-talk] PSC Voting

Maurizio,

Tyler Mitchell from OSGeo has agreed to act as our election judge using the
email address cro at osgeo.org. We will try to get full instructions out by
tonight. I am travelling right now, if anyone could write up and post full
voting instructions that would be awesome, otherwise I can try to post
something when I get home tonight. In the mean time make sure any additional
nominees get posted (self nomination is acceptable).
