[OAM-talk] Haiti Imagery

With the work that Google does, the imagery is typically locked behind the
Fusion API which works just closely and just differently enough from the
Google Maps API to be fairly frustrating. If there is a way we can work with
Google to simply get the tiles from what they are pulling together it would
be considerably more help.

Thanks for the updates -- hopefully people don't mind us using this channel
for keeping tabs on this.
