All imagery that I upload goes immediately into 
  http://haiticrisismap.org/layers.html

I then announce it in the OSM IRC channel, and usually someone picks
it up from there. I try to keep up with the wiki page as well,
but yes, some imagery slips through. (Wiki tables are terrible.)
